Good mission Great Soho location Nice peers Opportunities for growth, with the right team A couple superstar peers

Cons

People are frequently leaving, which means everyone is doing 2-3 jobs at once, or pretending to and really not working at all. Lots of cruisers. Some of the management can be borderline abusive with no action from HR. This is also a reason why people leave. A lot of fear/politics/discomfort.
