- Highly intelligent team from the leadership down - Everyone cares about making a contribution - Lots of ways to have fun while at work - Hands down, the best product in the vertical - Very strong reputation in the marketplace - Ethical approach to sales and marketing - Self-starter environment but with all the tools you need to get started and become effective quickly - Compassionate leadership team that motivates through positivity and trust -CEO and executive team are accessible -All the cool people work at SchoolAdmin!

Cons

No 401K match yet, but I understand that is changing due to the growth they have experienced. IMO, a tad on the heavy side with internal meetings.
