Most customers that purchase from Schumacher know they will not get a fair deal from them until the last two weeks of the month. So your first two weeks of every month is test drive after test drive ....the last two weeks you have to get all your past customers back in to buy......or use a buying program to motivate them to purchase a vehicle. Because of this every month your pay is on hold until commissions roll in then they suck out your draw money against your commissions.
