When there is a real work emergency, employees are willing to put in extra work and effort. But the leadership is terrible. They created fake emergencies to put pressure on employees to work faster. It was ridiculously frustrating to work brutal hours without any real need.

However, the main downside is the awful work environment. If you want to work here, you should be prepared for toxic and horrible treatment from the management. Our managers are some of the most abusive and rude people I've worked with. They often humiliate us in front of our co-workers, and they verbally abuse us regularly. If it weren't for the good pay, I never would have stayed here for as long as I did. The work atmosphere and environment here are just too problematic and unpleasant for me.
