Pros

Decent compensation and benefits. Nice kitchen at Fairfield HQ office. Some cool people.

Cons

Absentee senior leadership. Terrible IT project management. ZERO work-life balance: demand planning team is 50% staffed and massively overloaded. Dishonest, scattered mid-level leadership that avoids responsibility while constantly dreaming up new ways to make the job more difficult.

Leadership is very good about communicating and engaging with the company. Pay is commensurate with the market and they have significantly improved the benefits package.

Cons

Insurance is a bit expensive, but good coverage.
