There are way too many supervisors here who have no idea what they are doing. It’s all about politics here and who you know.

Busy company with growing markets. Flexible work hours.

Cons

Management and advancement based on outside friendships rather than qualifications and work ethic. Small company making too quick a transition to large manufacturer without re-evaluating machinery and human capital. Great place to work if you are in with management and like to spend time on your company cell phone.
