      i dont know. its a good teaching/educational hospital.

      Cons

      so much gossip and toxicity. everyone has a clique. this company likes to hire employee friends and families too. some employees do not care about the patients at all. many employees like just sitting and using their phones and do not help at all. some people have a lot of attitude for no reason and makes working with them hard.

      great medicine, supportive coworkers, and doctors. New CEO is making positive changes

      Cons

      HR will use their policies as "guidelines", and will pick and choose who they will apply them to. Per diem rules change almost monthly. HR says you can only work x amount of hours per month, but allow others to work whatever shifts they want, per "guidelines". So basically, if they don't like you, you're not allowed to work.
