Friendly work environment but little growth opportunity

Pros

Friendly colleagues and boss. Central office. Fair to clients and pipeline of interesting work.

Cons

Lack of diversity. No career growth opportunities. Small, old office. Lack of professionalism in work. For an innovation focused business, lacks proper tech infrastructure for a law firm. Low staff retention. Extremely low pay and annual leave (key reason I left).
