Pros

S&P strives to be ahead of the market. The team is constantly helping and guiding current employees not only in their work lives but also their personal lives. Any issues that rises can be shared among the team and everyone will come together to solve it.

Cons

Communication might be a little difficult due to everyone working remotely but if everyone is on the ball, should not be any issue.

Pros

I can literally feel that our company is taking off because we have established a flywheel that is gaining momentum: our people are adding daily to the progress. I can do my work from wherever I want and when I want. We have comprehensive ways of measuring the contributions of each team member, so we can see where we are on our growth path.

Cons

You cannot hide behind your files as in the old days. And it is sometimes a challenge because there is so much work to be done.

this is the perfect place for people who get motivated by success. Situations abound where you can reap the fruits of your efforts. And everyone in the company can see it and cheer.

Cons

think twice: are you already very good or do you want to become very good at what you do? If not then this is not the right place for you. Look elsewhere.
