      * Overall good company for people who are not seeking diversity in culture. * Good benefits and a secure job. * Ample growth opportunities for Power engineers and R&D folks, little to limited for Chemical engineers.

      Cons

      * Diversity is limited on the manufacturing floor; everywhere else, it's pretty good. * Similarly, forget work-life balance if you work on the manufacturing floor as an engineer.
