      Good growth opportunities, very stable, and some interesting work.

      Cons

      Career trajectory entirely depends on manager, criteria for promotions can be very arbitrary. Also, the work doesn't change much and gets stale after a couple years.

      The culture at SEL is real, they are fantastic to work with. Benefits, even as a part time employee are generous.

      Cons

      They set up their business practices years ago, there isn't much flexibility for new ideas or creative thinking in their business departments. With creativity as one of their values, I expected more.
