Management is hands-off, so you are mostly working as a direct contractor with whatever customer you were hired for. Self-directed work, not a lot of external pressure. Low stress.
Cons
Hard to find help, or connect with other experts in the field. Depending on which office you are working for, this may be different. Felt a bit isolating working solo, you'll need a lot of drive if you want to keep your learning focused and make the most of your time.
