The management keeps all the promises that were made when hiring. Medical insurance, massage therapist in the office, excellent office, good working conditions.

Pros

Good for career start when you are ready for 12/7 work schedule. On-time payments. Health insurance. Small teams (2-6 devs).

Cons

Office is suffocating and uncomfortable, people sit very close to each other. Impossibility to change your odd project after some time of dedication and suffering on it. Very poor project management which often causes awkward situations. Blackmailing when you try to resign.
