Pros
Good place to work for the most part. There are a lot of challenging projects due to the integration which help one grow within the company and get integration experience.
Cons
Company lays off people without looking at the overall long term impact this results. Its all about numbers and saving the company $$. Most of the subject matter experts were laid off and the non experts are left to pick up the pieces, they upper management wonders why our numbers aren't good.
