Cons
The company has become very toxic in recent times. People Managers and HR hold way too much power and often put individual contributors into misery. Too much emphasis on hierarchy and very low emphasis on actual delivery. Favoritism is rampant and lack of meaningful work leads to sycophancy from top to bottom. Recent departure of a Engineering leader has changed the culture of company to that of a mere sweatshop. High performing employees if seemed risk to people managers are cornered in collusion with political HR department. Developers and testers who bring actual billing are treated pathetically. Moreover, the offshore employees are treated like contractors and don't have any say in design or development or product strategy. This leads to career stagnation within 2-3 years like in my case.
