      ❌ Strict & Unrealistic Work Hours – Mandatory 9 AM - 6 PM office policy, no flexibility, and extra hours expected without appreciation. ❌ Terrible Work-Life Balance – Due to long commute times and additional meetings after hours, expect to spend 12-14 hours per day on work. ❌ Underwhelming Compensation – Salary not competitive compared to industry standards.
