Pros

Interesting projects, nice salary package, good atmosphere. Can change positions. Possibilities of travelling within a certain project. Can be part of a good team.

Cons

The management is dumb, they don't even know what they really want which ends up in insane projects. The attitude of the upper management is horrible.
