      1: They are saying its a product based organization, but keep doing micro management to track timing 2: products are old and technology is not up-to the market stranded. 3:lots of polities going in team. 4: hike are average for exiting employee, giving good CTC to new joineer. 5.keep acquiring new companies , start creating problem in india. 6:also its very different to get job when you start working on that domain.
