Pros

-Fast Paced -Decent Salary -Good Low level & director level Managers

Cons

-Employee benefit is of least importance. -HR is non-existent & thus company driven by managers. -No Promotions , Bonus or Salary hikes. Last 5 years 5% (average) hike given to high performers. -India gets all the poor quality work which all the other centers have refused to accept. -Leaders only make promises but rarely fulfill them. -Too many changes in Upper Management, hence no stability. -Too many VPs.

Pros

company vehicle work from home

Cons

unorganized micromanaging environment low pay makes all kinds of promises and never delivers on said promises. they also hire through a temp agency for first three months of probation and will not let you take off even one day for emergencies and then after you get your three months in with the temp agency and go as a full time employee they put you on another 3 months of probation and will not let you miss one day so 6 months without ever being able to take even if you get sick they don't care. and they wonder why they have such a high turnover rate. also most off the employee's are some off the dumbest people you will ever work with so just be warned don't work there.

Pros

WMS Gaming Chicago Pros: Cafe to eat breakfast and lunch Office culture Interesting and complex projects Great location Job security and stability

Cons

Uses traditional method for rating employees with a system restricted on how many people can 'exceed' expectations, meaning even those who might work really hard may only end with a 'meets expectations' simply because you cannot give out too many 'exceeds' ratings. Budget constraints on nice things for incentives to employees shrinks year by year.
