Pros

I do not have anything to say.

Cons

The pay is horrible, bad place to work. No holiday parties, no regular bonuses. Every year a raise is not guaranteed.

Pros

There is a lot of autonomy to run your contract the way you think is most beneficial.

Cons

There is a lack of training and clear expectations from the leadership. There is not a ton of support when you do need help from leadership, but most people are willing to take a call and provide you with advice on how they handle things.
