Pros

Training and overtime are abundant if/ when you get the job. Everyone was friendly and easy to get along with.

Cons

No amount of overtime will get you a promotion or how well you do your job. The tip to getting hired is taking the lowest amount listed on the salary range. During your application it will ask for desired salary versus making an offer based on your credentials. If you can stomach that its a good way to get your foot in the door.
