Pros

I have been given many different responsibilities over my 19 years at Sciforma, and with those responsibilities comes greater knowledge. I would not change what I do or where I work as I like the challenges each day brings at Sciforma.

Cons

Only con is not enough hours in the day to accomplish some tasks, but that is the name of the game. I do what it takes and the time needed to make sure customers are taken care of regarding any items.

- Great Work Culture - Good Work Life Balance - Overall, Awesome Group to Work With - Talented Colleagues - Flexible Working Hours/Ability to Work from Home - Just an awesome place and an excellent step for a career path!

Cons

Scifoma is an extremely fast paced environment. Although this isn't a con for some, you must be ready to work hard and have multiple responsibilities.
