      Pros

      good pay for the Reno,NV area. Field service job company supplied equipment Most company supplied vechicle are new.

      Cons

      EXTREMELY disorganized. very large employee turnover (all levels) erratic training schedule issues with "favortism" inconsistant information dissemination (i.e. information from lead 1 is contractied by supervisor 3 then altered by lead 2 and then disavowed completely by supervisor 2). company supplied equipment is usually issued after the fact Inconsistant documentation erratic decison making "Drumhead" discipline (i.e. 1st mistake = last mistake)
