Once a year, every full or part-time contractor gets their performance reviewed. All of our long-term full-time contractors are included in our structured performance review process as welll. 2. Location Note: We do not have contractors or operations in the location associated with your review, which adds to our concern that this may not reflect Scopic’s actual work environment. We appreciate honest and constructive feedback, but we also want to ensure that it accurately reflects our values and operations.
