It’s great to know that your experience as a web developer at Scorpion has supported your growth, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share both what’s working and where there’s room for improvement. On compensation, we recognize how important it is for employees to feel both valued and fairly rewarded. Our annual pay review process is designed to recognize strong performance and ensure we remain competitive with the market—but we know this is an area that requires ongoing attention and care.
