Employee Ownership, Culture, Bonuses, Stock. Discretionary Bonuses, Phantom Stock.

Cons

Huge gaps of management perspectives from top management to middle management. Different values between the two, Not on the same page. Bringing in middle managers from large public company's who don't understand the fundamental pride and culture of long time employee owners who made that company what it is today.

Pros

This is an excellent company that employees can spend the length of their career and retire from. The company offers extensive training, career advancement, excellent benefits such as profit sharing & company stock, and has great company events. The atmosphere feels like a family and everyone comes to work motivated to do their best and continue the sucess of the company.

Cons

This is a forging company so it can be hot in the summer. Employees do work a lot of hours on a regular basis. This is not a 40 work week. Be prepared to work long hours and weekends.
