Pros

Overtime is huge at Scot forge and if you dont mind working long hours then this is for you. Paid weekly and monthly bonuses based on company preformance.

Cons

Work/Life balance is non existent. If you dont care to see your family then this would be perfect for you. 11 1/2 hour days monday through friday then a 5 hour day on saturday gives no balance of work and life

Pros

Company with great values, great group of people. Your rewards depends upon the value you add and values you can make your fellow workers add, everybody holds each other accountable. Pay is directly connected to the companies performance. The products and jobs are constantly changing and always keeps you interested.

Cons

Demands long hours, work / life balance may be off. Short term quick money making does not happen here, join with long term in mind, you will do good. All eggs in one basket, your pay / retirement (company stock) all depends on companies performance.
