Pros

Job security, lots of overtime, good bonus twice a year, monthly lunch bought by the company, a very good lead man who cares about his team. Great team to work with overall.

Cons

Takes a long time to get more vacation, pay increases are kind of small,

Pros

Overtime is huge at Scot forge and if you dont mind working long hours then this is for you. Paid weekly and monthly bonuses based on company preformance.

Cons

Work/Life balance is non existent. If you dont care to see your family then this would be perfect for you. 11 1/2 hour days monday through friday then a 5 hour day on saturday gives no balance of work and life
