Pros

Really good trainer and thorough on-boarding Good communication with Recruiter Nice that they are willing to employ people who may not have previous experience

Cons

Poor Management on all levels, with no communication unless its negative, there was only one manager who cared to engaged with the team. Team very disengaged and not a nice place to work. After training you are put on the phones and given no support but expected to deliver. No objectives set or expectations of the role communicated my line manager. Worked there for 3 months and did not have one interaction with my line manager during this time.
