Pros

1. Benefits 2. Hybrid 3. Location 4. Office space 5. None

Cons

1. Senior Management does not listen to concerns. Empty promises. Having a rational discussion with SM is tough. It feels they don't care. 2. Salary is not at par with market. New hires with less experience and qualification get more salary. 3. Less to no development opportunity 4. High turnover of talented employees 5. Lack of resources planning

Pros

Salary was good. That's the only pro.

Cons

No real training, was rushed, and made worse by pandemic. They didn't bother to explain if you asked questions. Just did it themselves very dramatically so you could never learn. Extremely boring work. Very stiff work culture.
