Good place to learn and lot of opportunity for training

Pros

1.Lots of Training opportunities 2. Organizes lots of events to keep company morale. 3. Would take you doing something very bad for you to be fired, they more look to move you. 4. Lots of job postings

Cons

1. Benefits were good before but have gone down a bit. 2. The amount of work does not equal to the pay. 3. Hard to get in unless you know someone. 4. Sometimes a very stressful environment

One big pro, several cons, look elsewhere

Pros

- The work life balance is unreal -Relaxed environment

Cons

-Pay is definitely not competitive with the market, raises are joke -You notice people do not get promoted, lateral moves are very rare and management sometimes prevents these moves -Technology is horrible, systems are antiquated -Sometimes too relaxed an environment -Lack of cross training -Lots of office politics -Functions and departments keep getting move back to Canada
