      Management listens and walks the talk, coworkers are basically family, the work is fulfilling and rewarding, and future career opportunities are endless.

      Cons

      There are periods of high workload, but management always rewards top performers and actively encourages taking breaks/vacation whenever needed. I feel cared for and valued.
