Pros

-With the recent departure of Stuart Lochray (former US CIB head), the culture and performance of the US CIB team has started to get back on track. Under Stuart's leadership, there was an exodus of staff as he didn't believe in promoting from within and investing in employees, creating a toxic culture in the Houston/NYC offices

Cons

-Lower pay than street average -Low performing staff is retained -Company relies on outside hires for leadership rather than promoting from within
