Pros

Scotiabank is a solid global bank with 190-year history and good reputation. Many people have worked for 30-40 years here. Low employee departure rate. The Work-life balance is better than at other comparable institutions.

Cons

If you work well, your career may stall just because your leaders are happy having you in your role. In Canada, the bank pays less than competitors. In the U.S. - mid-market.
