Pros

great people to work with on teams, great training at call centre.

Cons

company does not adhere to same training standards at all levels i.e call centres have weeks of training on customer service as opposed to branch that gets a manual and an hour to overlook it. Also managers of "teams" should be monitored more closely and notes should be made when turnover is much higher on a particular team then others due to managing style.
