Pros

Scotiabank has a great corporate culture and it can be a 'fun' place to work. There are also lots of opportunities to further your education and advance your career.

Cons

The base salary is low and there is little opportunity for pay increases unless you change your position. As well, pay raises barely keep up with inflation.
