Pros

None currently besides decent office location and hybrid work options

Cons

Head of Compliance provides no guidance and has created a very toxic work environment. There has been high turnover and more people are looking to leave. The company has invested more resources in compliance but does not seem to recognize that if you hire bad managers with poor people skills and minimal actual compliance experience then your best people will leave and retention will become difficult.

Pros

work life balance is often cited. This is about the only thing worth mentioning..

Cons

Company values: keep your job security by not working or taking initiatives. Office culture: do not reward people who go out of their ways to help others
