Pros

It is a stable place to work, work life balance is good.

Cons

Lack of growth opportunity, salary is lower than competitions, lots of empty promises from management, embraces itself as a financial "tech" company but truth tells otherwise.

Pros

My experience with Scotiabank has been really good. People are friendly, Very Communicative Managers. Very Flexible work environment.

Cons

I feel people can be a little bit more innovative and aggressive towards performance of the project. A very non-us type work culture, I worked in US as a contractor for 2 years, things will always be eccentric and aggressive.
