Pros
Good place to work if you are just starting out in the legal field. If you show that you are a hard worker and want to take on more, they will promote you. Great co-workers. Flexible schedule and will let you make up time if you are out.
Cons
Many lazy people that need to be fired. Lack of accountability, especially from upper management. They’d rather point fingers at others which then creates a rivalry among departments. No raises unless you threaten to leave. Huge workload that often feels overwhelming. Not all departments are treated equal. They each have their own rules which seems very odd to me.
