Pros

Great training programme, flexibility to move arounds jobs

Cons

Not interested in graduates, only want management roles and no willing to allow people to go down the operational route. Half the placements the people didn't even know you were turning up - awfully managed. Tend to feel you are just another number.

Money was good The people were good Management for the most part we’re good People were supportive

Cons

No extreme cons some people in management positions should not of been in management positions (friends of managers promoted with little experience or skills of managing people) but not a great barrier
