Good working atmosphere among colleagues Offers good life security

Cons

Little decision-making done in the London office Constant fire-fighting approach when delivering projects As in other big companies, the steps to get things approved can feel endless

-The people you work with were like a team - incentives (If you actually got them) - Depending your shifts maybe set shifts

Cons

- Unrealistic targets - An basically a checklist of what you had to before got to customers issue - 15 mins for each call no matter the situation -if your stuck on a call not sure what to the pass buck - No floorwalkers to help - no unable to help the customer
