Pros

Well Supported. Good variety of work (technical and hands-on). Got to move around sites freely, picking up valuable on-site experience. Was given responsibility for small projects, organising contractors and all the paperwork required (work permits, RAMS, PO's etc).

Cons

Long commute with no petrol money.

Pros

The company has a good mix of people from across different geographical regions, making it a great place for multicultural awareness and breaking stereotypes. Work ethics and flexibility is also great.

Cons

Depending on your department or assignment, you might be doing lots of travelling. While this is good for people who love travelling, it could be a disadvantage if you or your situation does not require that.
