      It's fine- not the best and not the worst

      Pros

      - Some WFH options - Relatively flexible - Majority of people are nice and helpful

      Cons

      - Work moves very slowly so getting job satisfaction is hard -Same salary and benefits at PLUS car/allowance at competitor companies - Different WFH policies for people working under the same parts of the business create some resentment

      Pros

      - 2 year grad scheme - Rotational placements for the first year. - Second year you join the team you enjoyed your placement the most with. - Lots of graduate events with opportunities to travel. - Excellent support system and resources to further your learning.

      Cons

      - Some may feel placements with teams were short.
