Hybrid working allows more work like balance.

Cons

Hybrid working taken away without notice. Internal politics and bureaucracy make decision making too slow in areas. Office buildings can be very outdated.

Good company but management of departments is awful

After passing probation you can work from home 2 days a week. People you work with are great and keep your spirit up

Cons

Blame culture and Negative environment Managers have favourites and allow them privileges that others do not get. Cannot listen to music or talk in teams or to your team mates as you are pulled up for not working
