Pay is below average with the exception of marketing. Leadership uses dictator management style with do your job or get fired mentality. There is also a constant change in strategy depending on who is making decisions (which seemed to change every 6 months) which leads to jobs or entire departments being eliminated. Also must be willing to relocate to advance in sales. This all leads to extremely high turnover. I've never seen anything like it and would not recommend working here.

Finger pointing. More time spent root causing issues (several times) than focusing on improvements in the future to avoid issues. No one takes responsibility to meet deadlines so every project is behind every time. Tough for manufacturing. Make poor decisions in supply chain about purchasing. Like choosing vendors that can't keep up with supply demands. Their solution is start building a year in advance. No thought to what changes might come, just move the herd blindly toward a number.
