      Pros

      Leading company in its industry, unparalleled compensation in Columbus, OH. Many opportunities for growth without having to leave Columbus.

      Cons

      Unfriendly workplace, very challenging atmosphere. Turnover is very frequent at Scotts. VPs don't last more than a few years. The culture is aggressive and in your face. Be prepared to defend your opinions and be challenged at every turn.
