      Revolving door of employees, some really bad ones. Management cares more about the dollar than the people.

      Cons

      Low pay. The only reason I left the company is because another company offered me $10K more a year to do almost the exact same job.

      Terrific benefits for all employees, volunteerism encouraged, health management program strongly in place and considerable days off throughout the year.

      Cons

      Executives make decisions and then can't stick to them. Rarely is anything given enough time to see if it could be successful before implementing another (short-lived) approach.
