      Great brands. Good supply chain. Profitable. Focusing on cannabis business going forward - not sure if a pro or a con. Certainly has helped stock price recently.

      Cons

      Stressful place to work. Only way they know how to make numbers for Wall Street is to let people go. Not investing in innovation in brands. Milking brands for cash.

      Good company, good products, good marketing, good corporate structure. Brand leaders in almost all categories. Roundup is a destination item that has just been made more confusing.

      Cons

      Micromanage too much. Roundup has just added confusion to their product by adding a weed only killer to the line. Customers think of Roundup as a grass and weed killer.
