      Pros

      Health Benefits. Vacation time accrued throughout the year.

      Cons

      In the field we don't receive the same respect that Marysville does. Super long hours (70+) just to get walks completed. Company doesn't really care about your family or obligations when in the field. Managers are considered 24 hour workers period. Regions are not measured appropriately so Florida works ALL year without a break while NE and others gather cash and do NOTHING!!

      Pros

      Wonderful co-workers, good benefits. A great place to work if you plan on gaining some knowledge and experience then leaving in five years.

      Cons

      Do not have the audacity to get married, buy a house, have a child, ask to use your benefits, or let any other life event interfere with the needs of the company. And most importantly, do not be female. The company does not like those...except those in short skirts. Watched male counterparts rocket upward and out of the department in less than 1 year while qualified females languished for over a decade.
