      Awful Company to work for

      Pros

      Money is really good if you can sell. Benefits kick in after 90 days. Thats about it.

      Cons

      Highest turnover rate i've ever seen. We started the year with 30 people and now they are down to 11 employees in the sales department. That doesnt include all the people that quit. They tell you monday-friday but since I have been there (2 years) we have had a total of 2 saturdays off that werent a holiday weekend. They will use you all spring and then look for any reason to fire you by the end of the year so they dont have to pay you all of your back end commission.

      Scotts is a good company They pay merchandisers pretty well Their products are often superior compared to other brands $12 per/hour for merchandising

      Every year they have budget cuts (layoff) and no one give you a reason, you can do your best and they don't even care.
